Ótimo, o processo foi bem conduzido e claro. As pessoas me deixaram à vontade para falar e tiraram todas as minhas dúvidas. Todas as áreas envolvidas responderam com agilidade. Toda a parte burocrática também foi resolvida com facilidade, essa é uma das poucas empresas que vi tanta eficiência.

First, I filled out my CV on the Creditas website. Then there was a screening and a call from HR. After passing the initial contact, HR sent me a credit test (financial math), a cultural fit test (behavioral), and a logic test. After completing the tests, HR scheduled interviews with the Manager and then the Director. I went through all these stages, spending time on online tests and money to travel to Creditas twice. After the interview with the Director, I realized my profile was overqualified for the position. There was a complete disconnect between what HR and the manager were looking for. Besides this disorganization, I have to mention the disrespect from HR representative Ana Carolina Assis, who didn't understand what the candidate was looking for and even sent a negative email for a position I hadn't even applied for. The company is growing a lot, but the HR professionals can't handle this growth. Totally unprepared!

Behavioral Technical Case

First, there was an individual interview with HR. Then, a technical interview with the manager and another team member. After that, there was a practical case study challenge for the area, which was interactive, complex, and very dynamic. They got back to us with the results within the promised timeframe.
