Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Creditas.

The interview at Creditas was a fantastic experience! It kicked off with HR, giving me a good look at the company and what they're looking for. Then, I chatted with the coordination and supervisor, who were super friendly and made me feel really comfortable. Clear and open communication was key for me to feel at ease and really show what I could do. The Creditas team was really open and happy to answer all my questions and clear up any doubts. I was impressed by how much they emphasized direct, clear communication, making me feel heard and considered for the role. Overall, it was a really positive interview, leaving me with a great impression of the company and the team. I think Creditas is a place that really values effective communication and respect for candidates, which is super important in any hiring process.

The initial process is online, with a test for cultural fit, financial math, logic, etc. After this phase, I went through a phone interview. The conversation was great, we talked about my professional experiences, lots of questions and interest in my certifications and academics, which universities and courses I took, duration, etc. I didn't reach the in-person phase because the position I initially applied for was 'frozen' and/or evolved, and we identified that the 'new' position doesn't fit my professional expectations. Another position was offered, this one actually fits my background, but the compensation doesn't work for me. The company is very interesting, both its case, its culture, and the level of professionalism they treat candidates with.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Could you elaborate on your academic background, including the institutions you attended and your experiences there?
- What are your salary expectations, considering both fixed and variable components?

I did the group dynamic after passing some online tests. After the day-long dynamic, we were supposed to hear back from HR for the next stage, which would be an interview with the area managers. HR promised a response within a week, but it's been 14 days and still nothing! Not even a negative response. They talk about humanizing the process but don't care about what we go through, or the candidate's agony of waiting for a response or feedback. The company preaches one thing and HR does another, not caring about the basics. Give candidates answers, you're dealing with lives and dreams, don't be rotten like most companies!
