Case Behavioral

I went through a process with impeccable communication, qualified and super respectful people. There were 4 interviews in total: HR, director, head and product and tech, culture chat. They were all great, I left with the feeling that I did well in each one of them. After the culture interview, HR informed me that they would give me feedback in 2 days. A week and a half passed and nothing, I assumed I wasn't approved. I sent a message and the response was short and dry, 'we closed with another candidate', I asked for feedback... 'ah yes, I'll pass it on.' A month later I congratulated the process as a whole and said I was incredulous that it would end this way, I only got a response because I asked and without feedback from a process I was interviewed for by high levels. Again the response was that I would receive the feedback. Now it's been 2 months. The impression that remained is that as long as we are part of the goal, the treatment is excellent, when we are no longer, there is no importance whatsoever.

Behavioral Technical

The whole process was well managed by the headhunter. There were 3 stages, the first two with the business units relevant to the role I was applying for, and the last stage with the heads of product and engineering. The feedback was negative due to cultural fit.

Case Behavioral Technical

The process starts with a case study that needs to be solved within a week, which is a bit complex. After that, there are interviews with HR, followed by interviews with the Head of Product and the team. For those participating, it's advisable to prepare to put a lot of energy into solving the case. Also, be aware that in the next interview stage, it might become apparent that your profile or professional history isn't what the company is looking for at the moment. My take would be that assessing these points beforehand would be fairer to the candidates. They wouldn't have to work on something only to find out that the company is seeking a different profile at this time.
