Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Creditas.
Customer Experience Analyst
Submitted an online application, followed by online tests, a group activity, and a face-to-face interview. Everything was great, and even though I had some unexpected issues, I was able to reschedule one of the steps. The recruiter was very attentive to all the details, and they really chose a select few carefully. Even with referrals, they pay close attention to the profile, ensuring cultural fit and alignment with values.
- Why are you looking to leave your current company and join Creditas?
- What impact did you make at your previous company?
Customer Service Analyst
I sent in a case study response, then had a phone interview. After that, I was approved for an interview with a supervisor and manager. In my case, I only had the phone interview and submitted the case study, which involved responding to a customer via an audio message on WhatsApp and an email. They mentioned the position was put on hold.
- Could you describe the activities of your previous position?
- What was the average number of customer interactions you handled daily?
- Which customer service metrics were you aware of?
Customer Experience Analyst
The interview felt very close and intimate, with questions about cases and skills that actually happen in day-to-day work. In addition, there was a concern to present the company and Creditas's culture, which I found very cool. The feeling was that they really wanted me on the team.
- What is the most significant project you have carried out in your professional life?
