I applied through LinkedIn and completed some behavioral and math tests. Then I participated in a group dynamic. The final stage was an interview with the area leaders where I could talk about my past experiences and present a solution to a case study given by HR. The selection process was really cool, humanized, and amazing.

I went through two conversations and a case study, plus online tests. The first conversation was an information exchange, where they explained the role, the company, and how the selection process would work, and I shared a bit more about myself. The second activity was the case study, where I had to send an audio recording of me contacting a supposed client. The last stage was a conversation with one of the leaders of the auto team.

The interview process was very organized and well-aligned. It started with a resume screening via Glassdoor, followed by online tests. Then there was a group dynamic session with the Creditas team, which was wonderful. A case study was assigned via WhatsApp, and the process concluded with an interview with two leaders.
