It was a great selection process, although I found it very long. Everyone in the selection process was very good-humored and the company's concern for promoting diversity in its workforce was very evident. The dynamic was a quick internal problem-solving case. The second part was an interview with a manager. And there was also an interview with HR after the dynamic. The questions asked are the usual ones: why Creditas? Why Creditas and not other banks? 2 strengths and 2 weaknesses. Everything was very calm and natural. As a suggestion for retaining talent, increasing benefits, especially the salary for interns, would be good. Other financial market companies are paying, on average, 30%~50% more. The chances of being hired are high, but I believe this is an obstacle to keeping the intern. Anyway, 5 stars for the whole process and for the HR staff.

I applied in late August, went through 4 online stages between September and November, all easy. The dynamic was at Creditas itself, where they promised feedback the following week, but it's been two weeks and still nothing. I heard from colleagues who also interviewed that the approved candidates have already heard back. For a company hired to do the selection, they should provide better feedback. There were people from other states at the in-person dynamic who still haven't heard back, showing a lack of consideration for those who woke up early and took public transport to get there on time for the dynamic.

The interview was divided into three stages: a logic test (in English), which aimed to assess English comprehension and logical reasoning; another stage was a relaxed conversation about expectations regarding the company, your knowledge, and what you had done; and finally, a programming test was conducted, where they provided an explanation of the entire language used, to test your aptitude for development. Overall, the process was quite smooth and super enriching.
