I applied online on a Friday afternoon and completed five online tests on the Kenoby platform. On Monday, I received a call from HR for a pre-interview. They asked about my salary expectations, my availability to work Saturdays (which was in the job description), to discuss my professional experiences, what I knew about the company, and how I found the job. At the end of the call, a video interview was scheduled for the next day with the HR employee responsible for the role. During the interview, more about the company and the work dynamic was presented, and I spoke about my professional experience again. In the end, the final interview at the headquarters with the managers was scheduled for two days later. The day after the interview, feedback was sent by email. In total, the process took a week, from Friday to Friday.

Fantastic hiring process!! They always provide feedback at every stage, within the expected response time, it's dynamic and very comfortable. It starts with online tests. If you pass, you come to the office for a really fun and relaxed group activity. Then, they present cases from the area and point out who moves on to the interview phase. Those who don't pass get feedback right away!!! It shows the company's commitment to both the care of the process and the candidate, as well as a thorough evaluation of each candidate. Interview with the manager, super relaxed, questions about you and your plans...

Case Presentation

It was one of the best hiring processes I've been through! Creditas was looking to hire quickly, so the process only took a week. Since I live in another city, all interviews were via video conference, which made things much easier and didn't hurt the interaction with the interviewers.

  • A case study was proposed, which made me think in a way I wasn't accustomed to.
