I submitted my resume on LinkedIn, and the recruiter contacted me on WhatsApp about the opening. Then, she called me to discuss my experiences. We scheduled an interview with the supervisor for the following week on the same day. Two days later, I moved to the next stage, which was an interview with the coordination. The whole hiring process took about two weeks. The recruiter was very direct and efficient.

The hiring process has 2 stages: a group activity and an interview. The group activity was with few people, the recruiter made everyone feel comfortable and we did group and individual activities. I think it was possible to evaluate each candidate well. The interview stage felt a bit disorganized, there was no script and at times the interviewer didn't seem to know what questions to ask.
