Behavioral Presentation

I really wanted to have a great experience with this company and team, but they left a sour taste in my mouth. I interviewed for this role and after 2 months of waiting, I got a generic rejection. I spent a lot of time preparing for each round and polishing my portfolio, only to be met with a generic rejection and no feedback. The recruitment team never answered my emails when I followed up a couple of weeks after the final round. I must add that after waiting for an offer, being told 'we are unable to move you forward in the process as you are not the best match' was distasteful on everyone's part. A call or email would have been appreciated.

Behavioral Technical

The interview was spread across a few steps. First, there was a call to talk about my background and what I was looking for in the role. Then, there were technical interviews that tested my problem-solving abilities, technical knowledge, and how I'd handle real-world situations. The last part was all about behavioral questions and seeing if I'd be a good fit for the team. All in all, it felt organized, clear, and moved along pretty quickly.

It was a 3-round interview. The first round was with HR about my background. The second round was with the Manager for about 45 minutes, where they asked generic questions about my experience and what they were looking for. The third round was with team members, lasting about an hour, focusing on my experience and some general questions about how I handled projects in my previous job and my role in those projects.
