Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Comcast.
Customer Experience Specialist
It's a structured series of interactions between us and a potential employee, designed to see if you're a good fit for the role. It generally involves multiple stages, starting with initial screening, then in-depth interviews, and maybe some skills tests. The whole point is to figure out if it's a good match for both of us.
- What makes you the best candidate for this position?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process for this role was quite extensive. It started with submitting an online application, followed by an online test. Approximately a week after the test, I had a recruiter call for the initial interview. Then, I scheduled a call with another recruiter. Following that, an appointment was set up with a Comcast recruiter. Finally, an appointment was scheduled with someone directly involved in the job I applied for. There were too many people to speak with before the actual interview.
- Can you describe a time you initiated a change to improve company policies and procedures?
- How would you go about training or presenting your ideas?
Customer Care Specialist
So I had this one phone screening, and then an online skills test, and after that, three video interviews. Took about 6 weeks all in all. They gave me a verbal offer like, two weeks after the last interview.
- How do you stay current with evolving technologies?
