First, there was an online assessment and a mock work exercise. If I passed that, I had a phone screen with the recruiter, and then a panel interview. The panel interview itself was pretty amateurish. They asked a bunch of scripted questions and then we were done. One interviewer showed up 10 minutes late just to say this isn't a typical work-from-home job and I shouldn't be doing laundry all day. The whole experience showed a real lack of self-awareness.

It was a pretty standard process. Started with a phone interview, then a video call. They asked about my past experience and some situational questions. I had a panel interview with some managers that was about 20-30 minutes long. They said to ask plenty of questions, and that there might be multiple managers from the area.

I spent about 4 hours researching and following the hire process steps. I got to the phone screen stage and had to cancel plans to attend. They hung up on me 3 minutes in, only to say I wasn't of interest because they didn't qualify my sales experience as the appropriate kind. It seemed like they could've avoided wasting my time and sent that in an email.

Can anyone share if they are in a similar situation? I applied in April and it's now June with no update. My application status online still says 'in process'. I've completed the drug/background checks and was told to wait for the next training class, but I'm unsure when that will be. My patience is wearing thin!
