Data Center Technician
The interview process was pretty straightforward. First, I met with the Lead of Operations. Then, I had a final interview with the Director of Operations. They are looking to hire me as a contractor for three months, with the possibility of extending an offer for a permanent full-time employee position after that.

Technician
I was responsible for creating and executing test cases and test scenarios for websites, testing them across multiple browsers, and writing detailed reports. I also created and supported MySQL databases. My web development experience includes using CMS like Joomla and WordPress, along with HTML and CSS for custom styling. I implemented SEO strategies to boost website traffic and worked within a remote team using Agile Scrum methodologies. Additionally, I utilized Photoshop for graphic creation, provided technical support to users, and trained clients on website content updates.

Technician
Applied for Comcast a few months back. A recruiter reached out 3 weeks ago to see if I was still interested and told me to reapply then get back in touch. So I did, and took the tests (the mechanical one was tough and timed) which included standard Mechanical and Physiological job tests. Then I contacted the recruiter again. He asked me a bunch of questions and went over all the job requirements (the phone call was about 30 minutes). He then scheduled an interview for the following week. When I got to the interview, there were 15 people there. (Turns out they were hiring about 14, but interviewing around a hundred). During the interview, our group learned about the job duties, watched a video, and saw the van and gear that Comm techs get. After that, we started the one-on-one interviews. Mine was 1 on 1, though some were 2 on 1. They asked me some questions from a list and said they'd let me know. The very next day, I was asked to do a background check and a drug test (both needed to be done within 24 hours). I got the drug test results the day after (passed). Today, it's been 12 days since the background check, and I called my contact. They said I should get the offer letter in a couple of days and that I got the job. Once I get the offer, training starts in a month.
