I had a phone interview first, then a video interview with two different managers, followed by a group interview with other candidates. The whole process wasn't too bad, but I'd suggest doing your homework on the company and its competitors beforehand. Also, make sure to use the STAR method for answering questions.

First, I had an initial phone screening. Then, I had a Zoom interview with two people where I answered standardized questions. After that, I waited a week and received a call stating I didn't get an offer. I asked for feedback on areas for improvement, and they mentioned I missed the third interview, which I never received. I checked all my emails, including spam, and found no record of it. They said they couldn't proceed due to their error and limited space. Honestly, I would have rejected the offer anyway due to lower compensation, but it's frustrating not getting the job because of their mistake.

I applied online and got a call from a Comcast recruiter about a week later. The recruiter did a quick phone screen, and then an in-person interview was set up. I met with three senior managers, including the hiring manager. About two weeks later, I was called to set up another in-person interview, this time with three director/VP level employees. I got the job offer about three weeks after that, and then had to do a drug screening and a pretty thorough background check. The whole hiring process took nearly 2.5 months, but it was worth the wait.
