The interview was pretty straightforward. First, I had a call with the recruiter where we discussed the role. Then, I had an online interview with the hiring manager and someone from HR, which lasted about 45 minutes in total. After sending thank you notes, it's been two weeks with no response from Comcast, which isn't great. How a company handles its interviews reflects how they treat their customers.

The interview process was long but wasn't too tough. About a month after I applied, I think I took an online assessment before being contacted by the recruiter. My first interview was with the 2 Sales Managers, and it went pretty well, although they had reservations about my lack of experience. Two weeks later, the same recruiter contacted me again to schedule a second interview with the Director of Sales. This interview was a bit different; he had me introduce myself to a couple of employees and ask them questions about their roles. After that, we had a one-on-one in his office. He was very down-to-earth, and the interview went well again. He reiterated his reservations about my experience and focused on how I would overcome the obstacles of the position. I was offered the job two weeks after that and accepted.
