It was a smooth interview process. First, there was an initial call, then one interview with the hiring manager and someone currently in the role. They sent over the questions beforehand and also asked some extra questions during the interview. It was a really good way to make sure everyone got the same info before the meeting, which is something I haven't seen often but it worked out great.

First, get familiar with Co-op's core values, which they really care about - Succeed Together, Be Yourself, Always, Show You Care, and Do What Matters Most. Then, you'll do an online application with your CV and cover letter, making sure to use their language and give examples based on the values. You might also have online assessments like SJTs (testing values), reasoning tests, and maybe an automated video interview with 3-5 questions about values and behaviors. After that, there's usually a phone or video call with a recruiter or manager to talk about why you want to work there, your understanding of Co-op, salary, and right to work. For corporate roles, expect an assessment centre or final interview panel. This could involve a group exercise, maybe a role-play or customer simulation to see how you 'Show You Care', a written exercise, and a competency-based interview.
