First, we had a basic in-person chat. We talked about my background and what I've done before, my availability for shifts, and any flexibility I have with hours. It was pretty chill, not much else to add.

Sales Associate
The interview process involves behavioural questions, similar to what others have noted. They seem to have a standard co-op interview sheet. After the interview, there's a 13-week trial period, followed by a behavioural meeting with the manager. They also collect uniform sizes upfront in case you get the job.
