The interview process was straightforward, with questions provided in advance to help me prepare. The interviewer was friendly and made me feel at ease. The interview involved questions that required examples from my past experiences and career. It's worth noting the interview took place at a different store than the one I applied to.

The interview was well-structured. I arrived 10 minutes early and was offered a drink, which helped me feel at ease. The interview included standard questions like talking about myself for about 30 minutes, and then typical questions about working under pressure, excelling in a past role, and why I'm interested in this company.

Felt more corporate than anything I've ever applied to compared to how the company was advertised. Had trouble finding the interview office or anyone to help me out until I ran into the security guy. 45min of pointless behavior tests just to ask the same questions in the interview. So much time wasted when there's a 3 month probation anyway. Oh and you can't apply for 6 months if you don't get an offer. Don't worry guys, I'm not applying again.

  • What's an instance where you did X?
