Usually, an interview starts with a brief welcome and introduction of the interviewers. Then, the employer explains the process and presents the company and the advertised position. After that, you talk about yourself, your career path, your experiences, and why you applied. This is followed by targeted questions about technical knowledge, personality, and motivation. Finally, you have the opportunity to ask your own questions, and the next steps in the application process are often explained before parting ways.

So after I sent in my application online, there was this video I had to watch. It was like, 5 minutes or less, and it talked a lot about the company and how the work can be really tough. Then, I had to do two quizzes to see if I was a good fit for the job. Once they saw my scores and thought I was a good fit, I had a phone screen and then one in-person interview. Honestly, it was one of the easiest interview processes I've been through in the 6 months I've been looking for a job. They were really clear from the start that the jobs can be challenging.

I applied through an outside source and they reached out fast. Had a phone screening call. Then we scheduled an interview, they went over the job description, gave a tour, and then asked me questions. I met with a higher-up boss who said I was too qualified and offered me a higher position right away. I did have to reapply for it, but it came with a pay increase. They were very clear about what the job entailed and mentioned some employees not caring much. Overall, it was a very friendly experience.
