HR called me in April about a job I applied for in February. They set up an in-person interview with management. The place seemed messy because they were moving offices, but they said it's temporary. They asked about my salary. HR said my current salary was high for them. Management said they're flexible with work hours if I make up the time as an hourly employee. I didn't hear back until June, and they still haven't decided due to department changes. The interview wasn't hard, but it took a long time to hear back. They also seem to want people to work a lot of overtime and weekends.

  • Are you open to working on weekends?
  • What are your current and expected salary ranges?
  • What is your stance on working overtime?

I had a 3-person panel interview at their office. We also did a written assessment on the spot and I had a chance to ask questions at the end. It was a pleasant experience.
