The interview process had a screening interview, then one with the hiring manager, and then a final panel interview. The panel was split into two sessions due to time zone issues, but it's usually just one round. The recruiter was really knowledgeable, and scheduling with the recruiting team was easy.

It was just a list of questions to answer, and the conversation felt impersonal, which made it hard to create a comfortable atmosphere. They didn't seem interested in me as a person, as they only asked the questions on the list and didn't ask anything else. They also weren't interested in providing any feedback.
