Behavioral Technical

The interview process was pretty standard and felt professional. It started with a phone call with HR where we talked about my background, why I'm interested in the job, and if I met the basic requirements. After that, I had an online panel interview with some scientists and the hiring manager. They asked me about my past research work, my technical abilities that would be useful for the lab's projects, and times I had to figure out problems with experiments. They also asked about being a team player and how I handle changes in project direction. The people interviewing me were nice, gave me a good understanding of the job, and seemed really interested in what I've done. Overall, it was well-organized and respectful, with no surprises or overly difficult questions.

Behavioral Technical

It was a phone interview with 3 people from the company. One was late and the HR person didn't talk. They misread my CV and asked about techniques I've never used. After I clarified, they went silent for about half a minute because I was muted. The interview was supposed to be an hour but finished in 14 minutes.
