The interview process was very straightforward. I went through three rounds which included general and technical questions. The final round was with HR. I got an offer pretty quickly and the process was fast.

Had an initial phone screening with a recruiter. It was a pretty laid-back chat. They asked some questions that were challenging but not overly difficult. First, they gave a quick rundown of the job, then went over CRL benefits like annual raises, when benefits kick in, vacation/PTO, and education help. They also mentioned background checks, drug tests, and respirator fit if I got hired, and what the next steps would be. We discussed the role and some key points the hiring manager wanted applicants to know. They said it's a 1-year contract but likely to be extended, and if not, CRL would help find another placement.

Behavioral Other

the whole process was totally unprofessional. They asked me my age and immediately said they were not interested in hiring me because my wife is expecting a child soon. It seems like they are only looking for people who will just agree with them and do whatever the business needs.
