First, I had a phone call with a recruiter. Then, after I gave my availability to the recruiter, I had a Teams meeting with two people. They went through my resume and asked questions about one of my classes, some light behavioral questions, and what my role was in the experiences listed on my resume.

Then, I was asked to give a detailed account of an experiment carried out during my undergraduate labs, including specific melting points for reagents and products. The interview concluded with some retrosynthesis questions.
