I had a 30-minute online interview first. Then, a second interview on-site, which lasted about an hour. After that, there was a tour of the site and labs, followed by a lab skills assessment.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied on the company's career site and got an interview request a few days later, which went really well. I spoke with four people, including the team/group leader. It was a really nice interview, focusing a bit on science and a lot on behavioral aspects. They asked about my interests within the company. The interview lasted about 2.5 to 3 hours, and we finished with a lab tour. Everyone was very friendly.

Behavioral Technical Technical

It was a 4 stage process that took 2 weeks. First, an HR screening with general questions about the job. Then, a technical interview with the Scientific Advisor and Director of Operations focusing on technical and management aspects, as well as expectations. This was followed by an interview with the scientific team where we discussed HPLC and LC MS. Finally, HR confirmed the offer and outlined next steps.
