Director
The hiring process started with a sense of urgency, asking me to schedule two interviews quickly. I made the time. After the interviews, I expected feedback soon, but instead, there was silence for three months. My follow-ups were ignored, with no updates on my application. When I told them I had another offer, I finally got a rejection email. This lack of communication and consideration after I accommodated their tight schedule is really telling. It shows a lack of coordination or respect. The recruitment team's handling was poor, with almost no communication and no clear ownership. Basic communication is essential, and failing at that reflects badly on the company's hiring and culture. I wouldn't consider working with them again.

Product Designer
I had a quick HR screening call first, then an hour-long portfolio review with the hiring manager which was great. After that, there was a team panel interview. I'm not sure what comes next because I never heard back, but the hiring manager was awesome and I really liked talking with her. The panel interview, though, was different. It was with three team members and an HR person who said it would be a discussion about their initiatives. But instead, they just asked me to present right away, didn't ask me any questions about myself, and seemed bored and awkward. Two of them were late, and one was even later. One person was clearly multitasking. I thought I answered their questions well, just like I did with the hiring manager. I followed up a few times with HR, but it's been two months and no response. Guess I dodged a bullet.
- Can you tell me about your design journey?
Accountant Analyst
Excellent interview process. Started with a recruiter call from internal recruitment, followed by a call with the hiring manager. I received an offer a couple of days later, and it met my expectations. The whole process was completed in less than two weeks. I've accepted the offer and I'm really excited to get started. Just a heads-up, this role is quite specialized, requiring UK accounting knowledge but based in Lithuania, which likely makes it a bit above market rate. So, for more standard positions, your experience might vary.
- Could you tell me a bit about yourself?
- What prompts your decision to leave your current position?
- Can you share an instance where you had to navigate competing expectations from various individuals?
Project Manager
3 rounds of interviews. First was just a HR recruiter phone screening. Second was a video call with hiring manager and a supervisor where they asked about work history and behavioral questions. When invited to the third interview, was asked to pick one of four PM-related situational scenarios that were and to put together a short presentation on how to approach the scenario and provide a resolution. This was presented during the third video conference interview among a panel of 6 people where they then questioned how and why I got to the conclusions presented - there were not necessarily any wrong answers, just needed to take a PMP approach to the scenario chosen, The panel was intimidating at first but everyone was incredibly friendly .
- Can you share an instance where you had to decline a client's request?
- Describe your experience managing several competing priorities simultaneously.
- What type of work environment do you prefer?
