First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Cencora.
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was pretty quick and involved 3 rounds. It kicked off with a phone screening, followed by another phone interview, and then wrapped up with a video call with the department managers. The company seems great and has good benefits.
- Describe a challenging problem you successfully resolved.
Customer Care Manager
The interviews are virtually painless. Nothing will be asked that you can not pull from the internet. Some employers are big on behavioral questions which can make interviewing difficult but ABC is pretty laid back and tends to lean more toward chemistry and resume qualifications.
- Tell me about your resume qualifications.
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
- Why are you a good fit for this role?
Customer Service Representative
The process was pretty balanced. You usually have a group panel interview where about 8-10 supervisors go around a table and ask you general questions about work experience. The background check was the most stressful part, they wanted to know everything that has ever happened in your life as if you are working for the pentagon.
- Tell me about your work experience.
