So I interviewed for an Applications Developer role, it was a phone call first, then 4 face-to-face interviews, all on the same day. A few days later, HR said I didn't get selected. But then, after just 2 weeks, HR called back and said one of the interviewers was really impressed and wanted me to join. I was excited and they said they'd update me. It's been over two months and HR is still saying they're checking with the interviewer for an update. I feel like they might be playing games with candidates, if there are no openings they should just say so.

3 rounds of interview. 2 technical and 1 hr project assignment, with .net framework and C# concepts covered. I talked about my work experience and former projects. My managers were co-operative and helped with clues. They also asked sql server questions. At last, they gave a tour of the lab and devices.
