I had a phone screen with the recruiter, who called right on time. He talked really fast but got me to the next stage quickly, which was a face-to-face interview at their office. Two people interviewed me, they were on time and the interview lasted an hour. One of them read questions from a paper, which I found unprofessional and indicative of a company that isn't well-prepared. He also seemed hungover and indifferent. I was told they'd decide in 3 weeks because the interviewers had PTO, which felt like TMI. I didn't hear back, so I emailed the recruiter, but he never replied. I think this reflects poorly on the company, especially since they want detail-oriented employees who follow through, but they didn't demonstrate that themselves.

Behavioral Technical

The initial phone interview felt like a standard screening, and it went well; they seemed interested. Following that, I had a first round where I met the two people I'd be supporting. During this meeting, I felt rushed because they were frequently distracted by their surroundings in the common area where we were supposed to be talking. Then, one of them had me sit at a table in the cafeteria, which was super distracting with people walking by and interrupting with their own questions. While I get they were going for a relaxed vibe, it felt really unprofessional. Honestly, I don't think she even paid attention to most of what I said, and she even messed up my name twice.

The first interview is a phone call with a few basic questions. If you pass that, you'll have a second in-person interview with more in-depth questions about you. It wasn't a bad experience overall.
