Financial Analyst
It was a pretty straightforward process, took about two weeks and involved three interviews. The technical interview was in the second round and nothing too surprising. I'd suggest negotiating if you get an offer. I spoke with people pretty high up in the company during the interviews.
- How does cash flow relate to the balance sheet?
Financial Analyst
Applied online, then had an HR phone screen. After that, there were 2 virtual interviews with the Hiring Manager and a person from People. They asked about my background and shared a lot about the company and the position. Both interviews were friendly and easy to talk through. It was a conversation-style interview.
- What is your proficiency with Excel?
- How would you describe your attention to detail?
- Can you describe a time you improved a process?
Financial Analyst
This position required 2 - 1 hour each long interview. I interviewed with the recruiter first, then a few days later was the back to back interviews. The first interview (hour long) was with the manager and director of the department. Very informational and it took every bit of the hour. The second interview that occurred immediately after was with the Senior Analysts (3 people) and they basically went through what a complete day/week/month would look like. I have a degree/background in Finance and I’ve been in Contract Management for over 4 years now. I followed up with the recruiter to thank him the following Monday(no response). I sent 2 more emails a week apart to see if there was any feedback/updates. Absolutely no response. 3 weeks later I received the automatic email saying I was not selected. Meanwhile, I still have not received a response from the recruiter providing any feedback. I would say this was a complete waste of 2 1/2 hours. I will more than likely never apply or interview with this company again due to the recruiter ghosting me.

- How do you manage your workload and address urgent requests?
- Could you elaborate on your background and your reasons for applying to this role, highlighting what specifically caught your attention?
