Customer Service Assistant
There were over 50 candidates in the interview, along with the recruiter, two managers (supervisors), and the department coordinator. It was quite relaxed. People raised their hands to introduce themselves. During this activity, everyone was asked to state their age, degree, any certifications (not required), and their availability. The coordinator asked each person to give a time range, like from 5:30 AM to 11:45 PM (this was for a December interview). For example, 'I'm available from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM'. Those who passed this stage would then interview with the manager. Feedback: just using this one activity isn't enough to evaluate candidates; they might miss out on good future employees.
- Regarding the group activity, they asked for my age, degree, if I have any certifications (not required), and my availability.
- In the case study, two situations were presented: 1st, a customer was late paying their credit card bill and called the center upset about the fee, asking for a refund. 2nd, a credit card had a fee unless the customer spent R$8,000 or had R$50,000 in investments.
- Then, the group would choose a topic and debate it. The recruiter directed people via Teams, and each group had a C6 employee in the room; in my case, it was the coordinator. VERY IMPORTANT, speak up during the activity (I'm sure I didn't pass because I didn't talk enough), they care about teamwork. Study the company.

My participation in C6 Bank's selection process was definitely a quick, efficient, and very humanized experience. I was very happy with the speed and clarity in all stages, a reflection of the transparency value the bank promotes, even with candidates. The process allowed me to feel the C6 Culture: a culture that really challenges the status quo and seeks autonomy in how professionals approach challenges (like the strategic growth of Consignado). The feeling is that there's no right or wrong, but rather a genuine chat to find the best fit. I'd like to give a special shout-out to Laísa Nicolau, who conducted the process with professionalism and enthusiasm, making the journey very pleasant. C6 deserves congratulations for how it treats its future CSixers.
- Given the high volume of credit operations in C6 Bank's Consignado division, could you detail a financial process you previously improved and explain how your solution could address an inefficiency in Consignado's operations?

The first step is the "frescobol" stage, a video call interview with 50 candidates and some managers. Before the interview, you'll get two documents about C6 bank and what to expect. It has lots of tips on what they look for, just read them, study the bank, and follow the script. This first stage lasts 2 hours. It starts with a company presentation, then they split the candidates into groups of 10. Each group has 15 minutes to prepare a presentation for a case study. After this, you'll have an interview with the hiring manager, which I had on the same day. I found the first dynamic challenging because you need to stand out without dominating the group. Pay attention to details and you'll do well. Be prepared and genuinely want to be part of the bank!
- Do you read? What's the last book you read?
- Why do you want to work at C6?
- What's your "business card" when you arrive at a new place?
Compliance Analyst
I applied online through Linkedin. The funny thing is, I've been applying for this bank's positions since 2019 and never even got a rejection, but this time I put my ethnicity as White, and I was called for an interview two days later. Curious, right? During the interview, they were 8 minutes late. The man who interviewed me was polite and helpful, though a bit too direct. But the woman who interviewed me, as soon as she entered the interview room, she scowled and didn't change her expression until the end. With every answer I gave, they made a face like I was saying something wrong, frowning. Then the woman started asking about my college, and as I was explaining, she looked distrustful with a frown, and asked me very trivial questions for the role, as if the interview was about my education, which is not relevant at all for the job. In the end, she asked me to recommend some books. I suggested one I thought made sense in the context of the conversation, and she laughed at me indiscreetly, even closed the camera to laugh, and came back with that pompous expression of superiority and rudeness. The interview was horrible in every way; they treated me like I was an amateur in my own field, and the woman was completely rude and unprofessional. Never let her conduct interviews again.
