The process kicked off via LinkedIn. They started with a call to introduce the role and the company. Then, there was a technical interview focusing on algorithms and system architecture. Finally, I had interviews with the team I might join. They decide where you fit internally, not the candidate. I never got an offer or any feedback after the last interview, and my messages to HR went unanswered.

The interview was with the area manager and two technicians. It had three stages. Everyone introduced themselves and we had a technical chat. Then, there was a whiteboard session where some of my skills were tested. After that, I had the chance to ask questions about the company and clarify my doubts. My interview lasted about two and a half hours. I found the interview structure very interesting. The feedback was very fast. Despite being long, it wasn't tiring at all. On the contrary, they made me feel so comfortable that time passed quickly.
