First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at C6 Bank.
Senior iOS Developer
The process as a whole had a delay in responses for all stages, and unfortunately, no feedback was given. The outcome of the process was a rejection via email without explanation. Process followed: - Interview with HR - Interview with three developers from the team. This stage lasted between 3 and 4 hours and was basically divided into three parts: - Discussion about career and projects - Technical algorithm challenge - Technical questions
- What is the purpose of Swift's "lazy var"?
iOS Developer
The whole hiring process took about two weeks from the first HR contact to getting the offer letter. There were two main parts: first, a technical interview with some developers from the team, and second, an interview with the area manager and someone from HR. The technical interview was quite long and a bit challenging, but the team tried their best to make me feel comfortable, it felt more like a casual chat than a formal interview. The second part was much more relaxed, focusing mainly on career and professional goals.
- Could you explain the difference between a class and a structure?
IOS Engineer
The process was divided into two stages: first, a chat with HR, and then a chat with a group of developers from the company itself. In the chat with the developers, they proposed two or three challenges on the whiteboard, lasting about 2 hours on average. My interview was very pleasant, and the interviewers were very respectful and calm.
