Behavioral Technical Presentation

The whole process took about a month and had 3 interviews: one with HR, one with the hiring manager, and one with a technical specialist. It wrapped up with a chat where they gave me the offer letter and explained all the details. The HR interview was to get a feel for the company, learn about the benefits, and discuss my salary expectations and cultural fit. With the manager, I talked about my career history, challenges, and future goals, and also learned more about the C6 design team. The technical interview involved presenting my portfolio and explaining my design process for the solutions. I got clear and helpful feedback throughout.

I received an automatic rejection email what felt like ages after applying. I barely remembered applying! The auto-reply claimed they reviewed my profile, but the first line said "Thank you for your interest in joining the C6 Bank Team for the position of ." The role itself wasn't even mentioned, it was so automated. They clearly didn't review anything. It was a shoddy process and showed no consideration for applicants.

The interview itself was quite relaxed and was divided into two parts: one to get to know the company better, and the other to get to know the team I would be working with.
