The hiring process had two parts. First, I talked with a recruiter about my past experiences, skills, and availability. This part was to see if I was a good fit. Then, I had an interview with the area manager about the job's practical tasks and how the team works. We discussed daily stuff, duties, and what they expect from me in the department. It was a good process, clear communication and felt welcoming. I learned about the company culture and showed I'm keen to join.

Group Presentation Case

I found this to be a real lack of respect. I made it to the group dynamic stage. Overall, I thought the process was very fast. The dynamic was supposed to be about getting to know the company a bit, and then everyone had to introduce themselves. At this point, I found it a bit inhumane because they sent an FAQ with a lot of tips for this stage, and when it was time for us to introduce ourselves, they completely changed things. After this first introduction stage, they gave us a 10-minute break. In the case stage, we had to choose a bank product and come up with an innovative idea for that product, evaluating the target audience, etc., much more focused on marketing. I particularly tried to use all the tips from the FAQ, avoiding jargon, listening to my colleagues, and giving my opinion. In short, I tried to be very participatory. Then they gave each team 4 minutes to present, asked a question at the end, and left for another 10 minutes to make the decision about who would advance or not. When they returned, they separated the candidates into 2 groups and did that automatic room assignment via Teams. Honestly, I felt it was disrespectful to spend days studying, the whole morning dedicating myself, just to hear "I'd like to thank you for your participation, congratulations on getting this far, but it wasn't this time," like those Gupy messages, but with a person speaking lol. And honestly, I'm sure I did very well in the group participation, and maybe I failed in the personal presentation because it was an initial moment, I have a more reserved profile, so I probably failed a bit, but something that could have been overlooked considering all the participants. I think after 3 hours of dynamics, the least they could do is give more personalized feedback, telling us the points we could improve, and by the way, many people who didn't pass this stage were also very good and deserved personalized feedback too.

The interview process started with a three-hour group dynamic activity involving the HR team. During this, we were asked to choose a character that best represents our profile and justify our choice. Afterward, a case study was presented for us to solve as a team. We were then informed that candidates who advanced would be contacted for an interview with the manager. The interview with the manager primarily focused on discussing my personal and professional competencies, asking why I consider C6 a good career choice, and what my objectives for the role are. Although the interview itself was easy, I noticed that the C6 team seems extremely disorganized. During the group interview, there were about 50 people in the room, which I don't think is ideal. Another sign of disorganization was the lack of clear information about the open positions, the number of vacancies, and the salary (only benefits were mentioned initially). The salary was only disclosed during the manager interview. Good luck to those who accepted the offer, as the hiring team and managers seemed very disorganized and confused during the hiring process, which makes me wonder about the daily operations of the company.
