The process started with an initial contact about the job opening. Then, there was an interview with the area manager who explained all the challenges and the company's growth vision. Following that, I interviewed with team members, and they asked a lot about how I would solve some management problems they're facing. Finally, I had an interview with the management and talent team. Afterward, I received a poor feedback about the process, and the feedback lacked human touch.
