Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at C6 Bank.
Operations Analyst
I had the first stage of the process with the manager who told me a bit about the area's challenges, and I introduced myself. In the second stage, I talked to the recruiter who made me feel very comfortable and spoke a bit about the company culture. In the 3rd stage, in a very humanized way, I received the offer; the process was very fast.
- Questions about my previous experiences and the company culture.
Process Analyst
The hiring process had three stages from the interviewee's perspective: First, a screening and resume evaluation. Then, the Acquisition team contacted me via LinkedIn for a second stage, which was an interview with my direct supervisor. The third and final stage was an interview with the Head of the Area. The entire process took about 3 to 4 weeks.
- Could you tell me about yourself and your background?
- What kind of experience do you have?
- Do you know the tools that are considered a plus for this role?
Process Analyst
bad interview, unfocused and they didn't give any feedback. HR totally against what they promote in GTPW ads and with salaries below market average. on top of everything, they were 30 minutes late for the meeting.
- What is your experience in the area and what are your goals
