The interview was interactive and objective, different from the usual. The interviewee had a different pace as the interview progressed. The process took a long time. I got positive feedback from the technical and HR interviews, but I never received an offer. They repeated the same interviews, and after a lot of waiting and trying to get feedback, I received a rejection. None of the colleagues who gave me their contacts even responded to me again, even though they said at the end of the interviews that I could reach out to them if I had any questions. And the pattern repeated! The sad part is the human factor. When we participate in a selection process, we're chasing dreams, and the least we expect is a little empathy and respect for the person!

O gerente da área entrou em contato comigo através do Linkedin, disse que tinha uma vaga no time e perguntou se eu tinha interesse. Eu disse que tinha interesse e logo ele agendou um bate papo. Após falar com o Gerente e a Coordenadora da área, ele agendou um segundo bate papo com o Head da área e por ultimo, mas não menos importante, falei com uma moça do RH, o que mais chamou a atenção nas 3 etapas, foi uma conversa leve, me deixaram super a vontade. Isso tudo ocorreu em 2 semanas. Na terceira semana, eu tive o retorno do RH, dizendo que fui aprovado para vaga, me passaram todas informações para vaga no telefone e depois formalizaram no e-mail.
