Had a fair chat with the interviewer. He was laid back. Asked me retail-based competency questions, nothing pharmacy or dispensing or product knowledge related. Even though they say no experience required on the JD, they still expect you to have a relevant qualification.

It was an easy and quick interview. They just wanted to see if I had confidence and knew my way around. I had to pretend to be keen and wanting to work for Boots. They had me find a handful of items and go around the store to see how quick I collected everything. It was pretty straightforward; the quicker and more accurate you are with the products, the higher your chance of getting the job.
