The interview involved questions about my previous experience and how I'd handle difficult situations, like dealing with challenging customers. They also asked about my availability for shifts. I also had a trial where I worked on the shop floor, helped customers, and observed interactions.

Behavioral Technical

I waited in a staff room for a bit, then the manager took me to another room. She asked me about my experience and how I would handle specific scenarios, times I was under pressure, and when I motivated a team. The manager was very approachable and would likely have made most people comfortable, but since it was my very first job interview, I was quite nervous and didn't perform my best, so I'm not shocked I didn't get the job.
