We were asked to wait in reception with about 15 other people. While there, they checked our IDs and gave us visitor badges. Then, we were split up and taken on a short tour with some others. After that, there was a quick 10-minute IT task focused on keyboard shortcuts, though it really only took a couple of minutes. Then, we were taken back to wait in reception until it was time for our interview.

  • Can you describe how you would handle a customer who presents you with an issue?
  • What's your method for learning new things?

I had a phone interview where they asked easy questions. Then, I had to roleplay a phone call with a customer, which was also easy if you've worked in customer service before. Knowing about Boots and Advantage card points, etc., is helpful.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • I had to do a fake phone call with a customer.
