The interview process included some standard questions and then moved into "what would you do in this situation" type questions. They also asked about my usual daily item volume. The interviewers were friendly and made me feel comfortable.

The interview process was straightforward, though the offered salary was quite low. The questions were basic, with a strong emphasis on meeting sales targets rather than focusing on the company itself. Overall, it doesn't seem like a great place to work, and I'm relieved I didn't accept the offer.

The interview process was amazing. First, there was a video call with the HR recruiter, Jeanette Spicer, and a current Boots employee. This call was for all the EEA pharmacists interested in joining Boots. They clearly explained what it's like to be a Pharmacist at Boots in the UK, the career path with all its opportunities, and how Boots values its employees. After that, pharmacists who wanted to move forward were asked to email Jeanette Spicer for another interview. I emailed her, and she was really helpful from the start. She asked about the locations I was interested in and set up a second interview based on my availability. She gave me all the information I needed and even sent me a list of property agents. She always solved any problems I had. Then, I had a second interview with manager Elaine Parfitt. She was great too. She asked me a lot of questions to understand my real intentions, my skills, and my ambitions. Then, she showed me around the pharmacy and the tasks they do. The staff seemed really happy and got along well. Overall, I felt really satisfied and well-supported throughout the process.
