I had an online Teams meeting with several directors and managers for this job. The questions asked were fairly simple. The company is extremely vague about what they do or what is required of the job. They told me I'd get an answer by next week, but I never heard back from the recruiter. I agree with a reviewer from Oct. 2025 who states this company is not open to POC.

The interview process was super long but wasn't actually hard. It started with an introductory screening with HR, followed by two rounds of panel interviews with people I would be working with. The whole thing took forever, like 4 months from start to finish. The team interviews went great, but talking to HR was tough. I wouldn't have minded the long wait if they had just communicated better, but that didn't happen. I ended up dealing with several different HR people, which was really confusing, and some of them just ghosted me for weeks. I sent like 3-4 requests for updates over a couple of weeks and figured I'd been ignored. Then, a few weeks later, an HR person emailed apologizing for the delay because of an internal reorganization in the hiring team. I decided to stick with it and eventually got a verbal offer, but then there was more waiting and lack of contact. Finally, I got a physical offer. Even though the process was a nightmare, I took it because I really liked the team and the people I interviewed with. I'm so glad I didn't quit my old job until I had the signed offer letter, and the background and drug tests were done. Then I had to deal with a whole new set of HR people for onboarding. The whole experience could have been way better.

I applied online and had a call with HR. HR was excited and told me a second round will be scheduled after hiring manager is back from travels. 3 weeks goes by and no response, I emailed to find that hiring manager went on another trip. I gave 3 more weeks and checked again, HR said she will check with them. I heard back next day that hiring manager rejected me. How do you reject someone whom you never interviewed? Also if you are so busy with no time to update, don’t post the job. The company in general and process group specifically is racist that is not open to POC.

I had one chat with the head of the mechanical department for the sector I was in. It was pretty chill. They asked what I knew about the company, if I knew what the sector I was working for did, and my interests.
