Behavioral Technical

It was a simple, typical interview process. They reviewed my resume and didn't ask any technical questions. I had a reference, so I'm not sure if that made it easier. The interview was casual. They did ask me to go out to lunch afterwards, which I always find a bit weird for an interview, and it took up some time.

Behavioral Technical

The interview questions were pretty straightforward, not really difficult. It felt like they focused more on social skills than technical abilities, which might be because of the job level. But, the company has been getting more serious about technical interviews lately.
