the company came to our college to interview Mtech students. First, they did General Aptitude and technical aptitude rounds. then they chose one student each from electrical, mechanical, and civil branches. there were 2 interviewers - one asked technical questions, and the other mostly observed how the candidate answered. he also asked simple non-technical questions.

I applied online and heard back about a month later regarding an interview at their main office in Redhill. It was a typical graduate interview setup with a group task, a personal interview, and a presentation. They gave me the presentation topic beforehand. I got the job offer about two weeks after the interview. The whole process took around two months.
