The interview process for this role was pretty quick, with standard phone and in-person interviews. Things got a bit frustrating at the end when the recruiter initially said they'd be in touch but then ghosted me. I figured I didn't get the job. Unexpectedly, the recruiter reached out again to schedule another phone call, but then didn't follow through with the call. While the initial stages were fine, the end of the process left a really bad impression, even though I still admire the company's work.
