I got an email asking about my availability to talk about the job, BV, and myself. I suggested a time the next week, and then after waiting 15 minutes past our appointment, I emailed to check if it was still happening. They replied, saying they were busy and wanted to reschedule for later that evening. When that time rolled around, there was still no call. I sent a final follow-up email half an hour after the second scheduled time. The lack of punctuality was really surprising given BV's reputation.
