I applied online and had a call with HR. HR was excited and told me a second round will be scheduled after hiring manager is back from travels. 3 weeks goes by and no response, I emailed to find that hiring manager went on another trip. I gave 3 more weeks and checked again, HR said she will check with them. I heard back next day that hiring manager rejected me. How do you reject someone whom you never interviewed? Also if you are so busy with no time to update, don’t post the job. The company in general and process group specifically is racist that is not open to POC.

So first, HR called for a pre-screening and then I had a technical interview with some engineers. The questions were kinda hard, but that's probably expected for this kind of role.
