It started with HR, then there was an exam, followed by a series of interviews. One was a group interview, then another, and after that, there was no update. They did reach out again for another group interview, but eventually, things got confusing and there were no more updates. The hiring manager mentioned that HR would follow up with details on the next steps, but there hasn't been any news.

Behavioral Technical

I applied through a job fair and was first contacted through a phone call. They asked me about the date I am available for the initial interview. The first interview was easy and casual. The interviewer is kind and mostly asked me about my inputs in my resume. Afterwards, I went to their office for the written assessment and was told after to just wait for an email for the next process, but I never received an email. So, I'm guessing it is a rejection. I wished they had sent me a rejection notice, though.

Behavioral Technical Other

I had a 10 min chat with the Recruiter and then scheduled for a 1 HR interview. After 2 weeks, I was contacted for a written exam. After 1 week, scheduled for a unit interview. The HR interview was ok and casual and you will be at ease conversing with the officer. The exam includes IQ and technical analysis with average difficulty. For the unit interview, it was harder because it includes technical questions and the interview was more strict and formal. Still awaiting feedback if I passed or not.
