We arrived late, so we were rescheduled for the afternoon. Upon arrival, we filled out a form and had an initial interview. After passing that, we took three assessments: logic, behavioral, and accounting (if applicable). If we passed, we had a round table meeting where they explained the next steps. Then, we were sent for a medical exam at a nearby clinic.

First, I took a series of exams covering personality, numerical skills, accounting principles (multiple choice and theory), reading comprehension, and logical reasoning. After these exams, there was an HR interview. I had to wait for the exam results to see if I passed before proceeding to the interview, which happened on the same day. Once I was informed I passed, I waited to be called in. The interview primarily focused on my resume. They did offer me a position, but it wasn't in the area I was seeking, and the compensation was too low, so I declined.

I applied online for a Client Service Associate role on November 2nd. The next day, I had a quick phone interview and received a text to schedule a pre-employment exam. On November 6th, I went to Greenhills, Ortigas at 1 PM for the exam, which had three parts: accounting, abstract, and essay. It was manageable and under time pressure. After passing, I completed the pre-employment application form and had an HR interview. The interview focused on personal questions and they asked if I'd accept an Accounting Assistant position instead of Client Service. They told us to stay available, but didn't provide appointment slips for a final interview, requirements, or medical referrals.
