They'll call first for a pre-screening, then invite you for an onsite interview. The process and recruitment hub were okay. Recruitment started on time. An assessment comes first, then the interview. Interviewers looked presentable but weren't very friendly or approachable.

I got a call about a month after applying, which felt like an interview already and was a background check. During that call, they set my interview schedule. I went in for my exam and interview. First, I registered and started filling out an application form. While I was doing that, someone called me for the exam. I was the only one taking it, and it was common knowledge-based with an essay. After the exam, I finished the application form and handed it in. After a 15-minute wait, I was called for the interview with two heads of departments. It went okay, but one interviewer's facial expression made me feel a bit down, and the other interviewer asked more questions.

The assessment happens at the BDO Recruitment Office in Greenhills, San Juan. It includes an exam that takes about an hour or more, covering logic, vocabulary, calculations, and an essay. The hardest part is accounting, so be ready for some accounting questions. If you pass the exam, you'll wait for your interview on the same day. There's more than one interviewer, so don't worry if there are many passers, but you might still wait a bit. If you pass the initial interview, you'll get an application form and more instructions. I didn't get an application form, so I guess I didn't pass the initial interview and just went home.
